Wind generating power has been the new energy resource fast developed all over the world in recent years. The installed capacity increases annually by 30%, and by 50% in China.It reached one million KW in 2004 and is estimated up to 20 million KW in 2020.

At present, the foreign wind generator reaches MW grade, such as 1.5MW in USA, 2.0-3.0MW in Denmark, 4.5MW in Germany, while 1.2MW in China.
